This is the photo that appeared in the Allentown Morning-Call newspaper with this caption: It was quite a mess when 31 cars of a Lehigh Valley freight train jumped the tracks at Slatington, Pa. Some of the cars did heavy damage to the freight station, power lines and telephone poles in the area. The train was en route from Buffalo, N.Y., to Newark, N.J.
