This building later became the Lincoln Elementary School. This was part of a small booklet of photos, Souvenir of Slatington Penna. and Vicinity, sold by Jones Bros & Miller. These photos also appeared as regular, individual postcards.

The "Roosevelt School" building in downtown Slatington along Walnut Street still exists today as the borough building.

Now over fifty years old, this is the current junior high school. It opened in 1960-61 on Kuehher Hill.
